• Pro-forma Invoice.
• Letter of Credit / Telegraphic Transfer Copy.
• Commercial Invoice.
• Packing Lists.
• Master Airway Bill / House Airway Bill.
• Insurance Copy from both Shipper & Consignee.
• Certificate of Origin (this is required only for tariff concession for goods originating in Tibet)
  1. Autonomous Region of People’s Republic of China, SAPTA member countries and MFN
  2. Rate of countries having bilateral agreements with Nepal
• Nepal Custom Import Declaration Form.
• Letter of Authority to Clearing Agent to act on behalf of the Importer.
• Copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate.
• Copy of VAT / PAN Registration Certificate.
• Copy of EXIM Code Certificate.
• Import License if applicable.
• Recommendation Letter by Importer.
• All the above documents except number 5 and additional following documents are required to import for third country by sea.

  2. Custom Transit Declaration.
  3. Transit declaration invoice for good it transit in India/Bangladesh for import from third country.
  4. Consulate Letter by Importer.
  5. Bank Confirmation of Payment.
